Abdul Aziz Al Ameri, dynamic industrialist whose experience in Oil & Gas both midstream and downstream spans 3 decades is an alumnus from USC LA. Al Ameri has created value and ensured customers’ success through years of acquisition of knowledge, as the Ex CEO of ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) a company that has corporate offices spread across 12 countries.

A philanthropist by nature, Abdul Aziz is involved in multiple social work activities like building a sustainable environment, improving health conditions of the lower strata of society, children and women empowerment, and their education & safety.

He is now the chairman of SkilTec Ace Global HR consultancy LLC. As a strategic and trusted partner, Abdul Aziz Al Ameri hopes to deliver competitive support in sustainable change and empower clients around Gulf and UAE region with a robust mix of innovation and pragmatism.

Managing Director

Kemparaj has over 25+ years of experience in Human Resource Leadership. He has held numerous Senior Leadership positions including HR Director, Head of Training, Head of Management Development, and other “people-orientated positions” in organizations across the globe, empowering human resources and earning awards and accolades in various organisations like AT&S group, Wuerth group, Welspun group and Dynamatic Aerospace group in UK, Austria, Germany and India.

As the founder of Ace Global HR and his brainchild SkilTec, Kemparaj leverages his vast experience as a Managing Director and Visionary who can create scalable processes to prepare for future growth.

Leading by example, Kemparaj has put together an extremely proficient team of visionaries and stalwarts such as himself who will open pathways to a global outreach.

Kemparaj is a philanthropist who is relentlessly supporting quality education for underprivileged children, old age homes and orphanages in the cities of Mysore and Mandya. He has been instrumental in successfully planted 14,000 saplings that are rich in medicinal values across Mysore and Mandya and have been doing so for the past 20 years.
