Girinarayan is a Senior HR Leader, Strategic Thinker, Thought Leader and OD Consultant who has an experience of more than 3 decades in Senior Leadership Roles.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Madras, a Bachelor of Law (LLB), Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree. He has done various certification programs like Asia HR Management Certification from Insead, 360 Degree Certification (Voices Certification Facilitator), Certified Assessor on Personality Assessment (15 FQ+) and Change Acceleration Program (CAP) adding feathers to his cap.

As a dynamic HR professional, Girinarayan has worked with Leading Multinational Companies like TATA Group, Daimler Chrysler India, Siemens India Head HRM, Siemens Public Communication Networks in Senior Leadership Roles. He has uniquely positioned himself with diversified experience in an array of domains such as Information Technology, Engineering, R&D, Services, Manufacturing, Telecom, Start-ups, to name a few.

Presently Girinarayan holds the role of Senior Partner & OD Consultant with “Your HR Buddy” which is a Human Capital Management Consulting and Training & Research Firm. He is also an Advisor and Mentor to leading Corporates, Advisory Board Member with a Edu Tech Start-up Company and a visiting Professor, Governing Council Member, Advisory Member of Board of Studies and Industry Council member in leading Business Schools.

Apart from maintaining core operations, Girinarayan has been a Chairman of NIPM Karnataka Chapter and a National Council Member and has served under various Professional forums in various capacities. Girinarayan has published many articles in various Journals and has been a motivational speaker in conferences and seminars. He has won many awards including the Prestigious National Award of “Fellowship” from NIPM As an HR leader at Ace Global HR, Girinarayan is identifying and developing the competencies, stepping up to unprecedented challenges and adding to seen tremendous business growth.

Srikumar Sikkari is a Mechanical and Rural Engineer by profession. His experience spreads across 28 years in which he has held a Senior Certificate in First Aid – St. Johns Ambulance Association, Industrial Hygiene – MUSTI, Ministerial Training School, Comprehensive Disaster Risk Management Framework – NIDM/GFDRR, International Graduate Diploma in Counselling Skills from – IGDCS/ Banjara Academy, Occupational Safety and Health Training from – OSHA/USA, Independent Neuromuscular Therapist and Safety at Construction Site from – National Safety Council.

Differentiated by the quality of people and relentless drive to deliver the most successful outcomes, Srikumar Sikkari has aligned his capabilities and objectives to create a lasting positive impact. His designations include being the founder & Executive Director for Infernotech Engineers, Course Director for MUSTI (Manpower Utilization and Safety Training Institute) in Aluva, Professional and Volunteer in Fire Fighting and Rescue operations and Free Counsellor for Moral Behaviour Patterns for youths to name a few.

A multi-faceted personality, Srikumar Sikkari has been a Life time Disaster Recovery Representative and Social Worker, Research Analyst in Natural and Manmade Disasters, Active member www.jw.org (1993), Founder member - SHADEn.org (2014), Associate member – National Institute of Disaster Management(2014), Associate member at Banjara Academy (2014), Founder member at Code Blue Stress Relief and Wellness Therapy (2018), Independent member at National Safety Council of India (2020) to name a few.

He has been a Consultant and Educator for several MNC’s. He has conducted more than 700 evacuations, live fire -fighting and rescue drills since 2005 for corporate, hospitals and residential apartments, Trained and certified more than 10,000 Disaster Recovery Representatives in India since 2008, Conceptualized and Choreographed,”3 Minutes Protocol” and “The Graphite in You”, workshop for Youths and Developed “CODE BLUE” Stress Relief and Wellness Therapy He has been a pioneer for executing a full-fledged Disaster Management and Crisis Control for an Educational Institution at Nilgiris (GSIS) that was approved for CIS and NEASC accreditation.

Keerthi D Souza is a sustainability professional with nearly two decades of experience in the field. She began her career as a HSE consultant and has since become a Lead Assessor with CII-ITC for Sustainability Awards and an advisor to CAHO on HSE Initiatives. Keerthi has conducted sustainability assessments for companies such as Mahindra Resorts, TATA Steel, Vedanta Group, JSW Steel, Sterlite Copper, and more.

Keerthi is passionate about her sustainability journey and has been instrumental in connecting business with institutions and communities. In 2019, she was recognized by the United Nations through a UN Hero Certificate for her initiative to promote environment conservation on World Environment Day with one of Asia's largest apartment communities in Chennai. The Karnataka State Pollution Control Board has also recognized her unique ideas for creating awareness about the environment among communities.

Throughout her career, Keerthi has worked with various sectors such as automobile, power, glass, food, software, facility management, transport, mining, hospitals, and institutions. She has helped industries through the journey of environmental management, occupational health and safety, energy management, food safety management, and asset management through an integrated management system approach.

Her recent endeavour is bringing sustainability to the supply chain and making businesses accountable for their commitments towards responsible business in both informal and formal sectors across India. She has helped more than 100 companies in Sedex and Ecovadis with sustainability reports, carbon reports, and water audits.

Keerthi is also a partner and Managing Director at Life Giver Professional Services, LLP, a consulting firm in India, and a Director at Seeds of Sustainability, an NGO. She is also a member of various professional organizations and is currently pursuing a doctorate at the National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (NEERI). Keerthi is an engineering graduate with a Masters in Technology in Environmental Engineering and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource management. She is a Lead Auditor for various management systems.
